We had a fun and delicious Mexican themed (I know right?) hospitality lunch on Sunday. Weather is nice and hot, around 30 degrees every day with rain but it clears up, usually not raining the whole day.

I met a young woman this week, who didn’t speak a lot of English but she said her mom and brother do. I told her who we were and why were there and she said that she used to go to the English and Spanish meetings with her mom years ago. I asked her if she would like to try our free Bible course and she agreed! She freely gave me her phone number and I have texted her a few times since we met. It sounds like the mom used to study, so I need to find out more about her mom. I made plans to follow up with her this week as well as meet her mom and find out if a Spanish or English Bible study would be best for her. Overall, the response here is very favourable. Very friendly people and very helpful to point out who in the area speaks English while we do the search work. They really do have a vast territory!
